Your Data and what we need it for
The data we keep is your name, contact details including telephone and email, patch test results and health related question and answers which may affect the treatment.
Contact details are needed encase we need to rearrange or cancel your appointment and for text reminders and email and text promotions.
Health related data and patch test results are needed for your benefit, as this may affect the treatments you can have. This data is stored on a digital and sometimes paper consultation card.
Your right to opt out and be forgotten. We can if asked, erase all data (except from email addresses) after your appointment.
If you do wish to be forgotten and wish to opt out from your data being stored, than please do not book by email. Booking by phone or in person we will need to store your name and contact details leading up to your appointment date. This is encase we need to contact you about your appointment. If you do not wish for this to be stored before your appointment this can be done. However, it may result in the salon being closed though staff absence, or your treatment my not be able to be preformed as we had no way of contacting you.
By booking your appointment and leaving an answerphone message you are agreeing for your name and contact number to be stored up to your appointment date unless specified at the time of booking. You can be forgotten after your treatment as we will remove your name and number from our appointment book if you do not wish for your data to be stored. (email addresses are stored indefinitely electronically so please do not book by email if you then wish to opt out).

Who can see your data?
1)The staff at Norsworthys Health and Beauty.
2)Tax inspection, may ask to review client appointment pages which will hold clients name and contact number.
3)Phorest (our computerised booking system) when used for training and to save information and marketing related to Norsworthys Health and Beauty.
How long do we keep your data? 7 years for tax assessment reasons. Email addresses are stored indefinitely.
Please do not sign up to our news letter, social media or raffle give-aways if you wish to opt out.
Data which we do not need, such as CVs, Promotional advertisement and Reps data will not be kept.
Our gift vouchers which are bought with out a discount promotion are valid for a year.
Promotional gift vouchers can be valid for a shorter period of time.
All gift vouchers are non refundable and can not be extended or used to purchase another gift voucher.
For good practice and insurance purposes we will not preform any tinting treatments with out a patch test prior to treatment (24hours before or longer) we re patch test every 3 years.
Patch tests may need to be redone with any change in medication or health and pregnancy.
Last minute cancellations less than 24 hours before can result in a fee of up to half treatment cost.
Not showing up to an appointment may also result in a fine of up to full treatment cost.
Christmas week we ask for 48 hours cancellation notice.
How we take cancellation / No show fee.
If appointments are booked online the fine will be taken automatically from the same card used for your booking deposit.
If booked via the telephone or in person a note will be made to add the cancellation fee to your next booking.
In some cases this fee may need to be paid before you can book your next appointment at the salon.
any lost property if not claimed within two weeks (and we are unable to find the owner) will be donated to a local charity shop
